Product introduction

 The centrifugal ring die briquette machine is self-developed by YONGLI, and it is mainly used in processing the renewable or circulatory organic substance like crops, tree woods and other plants, grass as well as the animal excrement. This machine can make both the feed briquette and fuel briquette.

Features

 1. reasonbale structure, stable performance, hign effeciency, low consumption, good briquette effect, simple operation and convenient maintainance. Equipped with the forced lubricating system.

 2. The ring die is horizontally used to sharpen the materials while the die cavity is abrading at the same time to prolong the span.

 3. The unique mould structure can process different kinds of crop straw with different moisture content: A. the strong adaptation to different materials to extend the producing periods. B. The particle size is 3-30mm and the moisture content should be 16%~30%.

 4. The machine only needs two to three persons to operate. The density of the briquettes can be adjusted from 0.8-1.2t/m3 according to different demands to realize two functions on one machine.

 5. Automatic electrical heating equipment to adjust the raw material temperature to solve the problems like raw material blocking, bad shapen effects, etc.

 6. Applicable scope: especially for the hard processing materials like cotton stalk, sawdust,wheat straw, rice husk, wheat husk, straw and kinds of crops. For each material, the briquette machine can reach the ideal compact effect.
